Shipping Information

Thank you for ordering my jewelry. I appreciate that you like it enough to buy it, and I want you to be a lifelong customer. Please visit again soon because my wife and I frequently add new items that we think are significant and meaningful gifts for doctors, medical students, and other healthcare providers. I am excited about our progress, and our site is growing rapidly.

Items that are in stock will ship in 5-7 days. Items that must be cast, polished and finished will ship in 3-4 weeks, possibly earlier. I inspect every piece, and if you are ever unhappy with my work, please let me know. I will make it right if possible and fair.

The approximate shipping time for custom items will vary depending on the piece's complexity and how many shifts I have to work during that time in the ER. I love working with jewelry and will do all I can to keep you a happy customer. After all, I have been thinking about this endeavor for 40 years.  :)

All pendants come with a  FREE leather necklace. Gold chains are not included with pendants unless specified.

Sales tax must be charged to Florida residents.

Return Policy

We will do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days for a full refund. Just put it back in the same box in which it came within 7 days of its arrival, and send it back to us registered and insured mail. You will get a full refund within 5-7 days. I want you to be a repeat customer for decades because I have many new ideas that I will be carving in the near future, and can't wait to see what they look like. I will also be making designs with diamonds and other precious stones.

Symbol Of Medicine Terms

Terms referring to the ancient mythical god of medicine have been spelled numerous different ways over the past 2,500 years. I use different spellings to help Google. The terms Asclepius, Aesculapius, and Asklepios all refer to the same god of medicine during various Greek or Roman times. The serpent entwined around a staff or rod is the second part of this symbol of medicine. Another symbol of medicine occasionally used is the Caduceus which is also spelled Caducius.

 About Us

This company was founded by me over 40 years ago when I was a medical student. After a couple of residencies, a fellowship, and ten years spent as a land developer inserted between residencies, I now work part-time as an Emergency Medicine doctor and make jewelry as a hobby. My wife and I live in Key West with our tiny red poodle named Red Corpuscle. My lovely bride runs the company while I make the jewelry on my days off.

 ...carpe diem.
